Upfront Payment Incentive
Clients paying the full implementation fee at Phase 1 kickoff receive a 5% discount on the total implementation fee. For a $475K implementation, that's a $23,750 savings.

You own your data. If the time comes to part ways, we will assist in exporting your data in a usable format. No proprietary lock-in, no ransom fees, no burned bridges. We build systems you can leave — because good vendors don't need to trap you.
What's Not Included
Hardware & Peripherals
Barcode scanners, label printers, desktop printers, and any physical hardware. We specify requirements; you procure.
Third-Party Software Licenses
Microsoft licenses, Antek software, instrument firmware upgrades, or any software not explicitly listed in the scope.
Instrument Repair / Calibration
Physical instrument maintenance, repair, or calibration services are the responsibility of your instrument vendor.
IT Infrastructure on Your End
Local network configuration, WiFi setup, workstation provisioning, or VPN configuration on your office network.
